Who it is for
Someone who already knows what a heap and a graph are, has six to ten weeks, and needs to be interview-ready rather than well-educated. If you cannot implement a linked list unaided, this is the wrong playlist and will feel like watching someone else be clever.
How to work through it
- 01Arrays & Hashing (9), Two Pointers (5), Sliding Window (6), Stack (7) — the four buckets that account for most phone screens. Do these first and do them properly.
- 02Binary Search (7), Linked List (11), Trees (15). Trees is the largest early bucket and the one interviewers reach for most often.
- 03Heap / Priority Queue (7), Backtracking (9), Graphs (13), Intervals (6).
- 041-D Dynamic Programming (12) then 2-D (11). Splitting DP this way is the right call — do not jump to 2-D early.
- 05Tries (3), Advanced Graphs (6), Greedy (8), Math & Geometry (8), Bit Manipulation (7) last. These are the lowest-frequency buckets and the first things to cut if time runs out.
What it does well
- 149 of 150 lectures map one-to-one onto a specific problem, so there is never a question of what to practise next.
- Ten to fifteen minutes per video, which makes it one of the few courses that survives contact with a full-time job.
- The 18 buckets are the pattern vocabulary interviewers use. Being able to say 'this is a monotonic stack problem' in the first minute is most of the battle.
Where it falls short
- It teaches 150 specific problems. Its blind spot is the problem that is not on the list, and you close that by solving unseen problems, not by rewatching.
- No language or fundamentals teaching at all. It starts at problem one and assumes everything underneath.
- The solutions are polished, which makes them easy to follow and easy to mistake for understanding. Re-solve from a blank file a week later.
What to pair it with
- Blind 75 — The 75 this list grew out of — the right cut if you have four weeks rather than ten.
- NeetCode 250 — The extension, for when 150 stops producing new mistakes.
- Company-wise DSA — Once the patterns are in place, practise against the company you are actually interviewing with.
